Terms of Service
By requesting a commission, you agree to abide by these terms during and after the commission process! Please read carefully to make sure I am the right artist for you.If you fail to abide by these terms, you will be permanently blacklisted, and I will request you take any posts involving my art down.📚 Through Kofi I take all payment upfront. If you need split payments (1/2 upfront & 1/2 prior to delivery) you may contact my email [email protected]📚 All purchases are non-refundable once work has begun on your commission!📚 I will provide you a sketch for approval. During the sketch phase, I will do unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the posing.📚 Once I finish the line work, I will provide you a preview. I will do two revisions maximum at this stage. As such, please ensure you complete all revisions needed in the sketch phase.📚 Once final product is finished I will send you a preview for approval. At this stage I am willing to do minor adjustments to things such as exact colors & small shading adjustments. I will not make any changes to the underlying image after the line work is approved.📚 You are free to use your commission for personal use such as(but not limited to) icons, backgrounds, emotes, or printing copies for personal display or stickers (at your expense) to hand out.📚 You are not to train a LLM/AI on my art, ask any sort of LLM/AI to alter or reproduce my art, or otherwise submit my art to an LLM/AI.📚 You are not allowed to use my work for commercial purposes (ie. selling it). If you would like to use my work for commercial purposes, contact my email.📚 Any time my work is shared it must be attributed to "Rat.King", @ratkingcoat.bsky.social, or prominently show my name/signature📚 Complete .PSD files and render images will be delivered by email or discord (client's preference)
